Cos-DatesCos-Con presents a night of speed-dating done differently!! Hosted by ICW's Veronica Le Strange.
Through a series of games, activities, and shenanigans (plus a beverage or two) you'll have the chance to meet some new people and make some new friends. Kinda like speed dating, but without the desperately trying to hook up bit (although extra points to anyone who does!) Scotland Comic Con AfterpartyWhy let the fun come to a close once the Convention is over? Grab your friends and come join us in at the Classic Grand for a night of geeky fun and frolics.
To start the proceedings DJ Nanashi, famed for his Nanashi Dansu nights will be on the decks from 6pm til 10 doing what he does best. As usual, this will be a 14+ event but the bar will be open to over 18's with valid ID. After curfew is when the fun is put in your hands. We will be hosting one of our now legendary Cosplay Lip$ync Battle Tournaments! Not only will you have a chance to LipSync for your life, you'll also have the opportunity to walk away with one of the much coveted Golden Record Trophy and a HUGE CASH PRIZE!!! After their Live set we will be crankin' it up for a full on blistering night of Cos-Rawks with DJ Mark Burwell turning it up to 11! Date: 26th September 2015 |

The Nightmarre before Cos-MasWe'll have Halloween on Christmas!!!
One last cosplay blow out for 2015, it's the Cos-Con Christmas party - The Nightmare Before Cos-Mas! The night will be host to the innaugural Cos-Con XMASquerade, the costume competition for specifically Christmas themed cosplays. We'll be raising the roof with the return of Cos-Eoke; cosplay karaoke, back by popular demand - then we'll be jingling all the way to 3am with DJ Mark on the decks. |
