JayCosplay Props is a props and replica artist from Cork, Ireland.
Jay's background in videogame design led him to start creating props and costumes in 2010, and he has been inundated with prop and replica commissions since then. We can't wait to see what he brings with him to Aberdeen next month.
At North he'll be taking us through his techniques and experiences from making some of the most iconic weapons and armour from the Fallout game series, as well as taking part in Ready Steady Cosplay with Sorenzo Props
Kitri Du Lac
Kitri du Lac is a hufely talented Cosplayer from Glasgow, Scotland.
Kitri has won countless competitions across the UK, including the Cos-Con 2016 Championship. She is also a published model loves recreating authentic vintage looks and modern pin up looks with a geeky twist.
As a keen performer, she will be taking to the stage at North not only as a Cosplay judge, but to discuss performing and modelling and overcoming anxiety, alongside Veronica Le strange, and teaching us all some ballet moves!
KC Costumes is a cosplayer and artist from Scotland.
A classically trained painter, KC aspires to a career in film and theatre, and expresses this passion for art through their cosplay.
As well as makeup SFX and fabric work, KC draws on their painting skills in the production of props as well as armour and fabrics based costumes.
At North, KC will be hosting a workshop on painting for cosplay, walking us through processes and techniques for getting a great finish.
Cosplex, aka Lex is a Cosplayer from the Granite city, and has been Cosplaying for over 10 years.
A committed competitor, she has represented the UK on three occasions. Most recently as one half of the UK's entry to the World Cosplay Summit in Japan in this summer, as well as last year entering and winning Solo category at the European Cosplay Gathering in France with her gorgeous Satine Cosplay.
At North Lex will be taking us through hands-on sewing activities.
Say It Ain't Sew
Say It Ain't Sew was founded in 2010 by costume and fashion designer Iona Barker after she found out that sewing was being phased out of the curriculum in Scottish schools.
SIAS believes the art of sewing has been part of our heritage for thousands of years and has so many benefits.

At North SIAS will be leading a series of hands-on sewing activities, handing out pointers and tips for your needlecraft.
Veronica Le Strange
Veronica is a Science Communicator, presenter, model, actress, backstage host for Insane Championship Wrestling, and all round good lass!
The one thing that is constant in everything she does is communication, breaking down ideas and concepts and then sending them out into the world.
When not busy hosting Cos-Con North, she's going to be discussing performing, modelling and overcoming anxiety alongside Kitri du Lac.

Alasdair Watson is a commercial photographer from Glasgow.
When not busy with products and event photography, Alasdair likes to work directly with cosplayers, shooting at many of the UK’s biggest cons, as well as organising shoots on location out in the wild.
Alasdair has taken photos with literally thousands of cosplayers around the country with his cosplay photo studio.
At Cos-Con, he will be taking us through tips and tricks for taking great photos of cosplayers at conventions, no matter your equipment or experience.
Sorenzo Props, AKA Thom, is a prop replica artist, model maker, and cosplayer based in Glasgow.
He makes space helmets, laser guns, fantasy swords and all the other cool geeky things you wanted as a child but could never have. The majority of his works are scratch builds, involving sculpting and resin casting, but he also works on plenty of projects using found objects, and he utilises all kinds of materials in completing commissions for clients.
At North you'll find him battling it out with JayCosplay Props in Ready Steady Cosplay!
Tempo Tea Bar
Tempo Tea Bar is a bubble tea cafe company originally founded in Glasgow.
Bubble Tea is a sweet milk or fruit tea drink with delicious, tapioca boba which can be served cold, hot or ice blended. Originating in Taiwan, it is perfect for any weather, making a splash at the office or relaxing in the park.
Tempo have been expanding rapidly in the last few years, and have a new vendor in Aberdeen ready to bring bubble tea to the north east. At North they will be taking us through the different bubble tea varieties and letting us have a taste or two!
Wrench Games is a new game studio based in Dundee, Scotland.
They are a group of students at Abertay University, belonging to different courses and disciplines, having grouped together to turn their ideas into reality.
Whether it's card games, video games, or applications, they have no shortage of ideas, and they bring those ideas to life with their combined talents.
At North they will be taking us through their creations and giving us a shot of some of their newest games.
