Behaviour and Harrasment Policy
Cos-Con’s aim is to create a fun, safe, welcoming and friendly community, where ANYONE can enjoy cosplay free from negative and inappropriate conduct . We want you to not only enjoy some awesome events, but to experience them in an environment where you are safe and accepted. Maintaining this positive and welcoming atmosphere, both online and at events, is of the utmost importance to us. For this reason we have drafted a policy of zero tolerance towards behaviour and harassment.

Cos-Con aims to provide a fun, safe, welcoming, and friendly community within which anyone can enjoy cosplay free from negative and inappropriate conduct. As such, we have a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for behaviour and harassment of any kind, including but not limited to:
If at any point someone indicates that your attention or behaviour is unwelcome then we expect that your actions will cease. Any continued, unwelcomed and/or inappropriate contact will result in action taken by Cos-Con, and our decision to do so will be final.
In such cases, Cos-Con reserves the right to take prompt action as deemed appropriate, including but not limited to;
Anyone can report harassment, and you should not feel any hesitation to do so. If any action or behavior has made you uncomfortable, or if you witness the same happening to someone else, you should immediately contact Cos-Con staff or event security, who will assist you in any way necessary.

- intimidation
- stalking
- offensive comments
- physical assault
- any unwelcome physical attention
- non-consensual photography/recording
- sustained disruption of events or activities
- any behaviour deemed dangerous

In such cases, Cos-Con reserves the right to take prompt action as deemed appropriate, including but not limited to;
- refusal of entry to an event
- Ejection of individuals from an event, without refund
- Banning of individuals from any or all future events
- Contacting the police.
